Tallow is known for its skin healing and conditioning properties. It is a very mild and non-irritating moisturizer. Tallow is the rendered fat from beef cows.
These balms have a higher melting point than my whipped butters. If you live somewhere warm I would recommend these over the whipped butters.
I infused herbs in olive oil for 3 months to make these because I wanted to add the skin healing properties from the herbs to my recipe! These herbs are thought to speed skin repair and aid in healing dry skin conditions. *List of herbs used below.
Carrot seed oil is in each option and is thought to aid in skin repair. It’s full of nutrients, including beta carotene and vitamins A&E. It can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and also contains a natural tanning enhancer for a lovely skin glow. It helps heal psoriasis, dermatitis and eczema. It can also aid in healing rashes, sunburns, and relieve general itching. Lastly it’s thought to improve the elasticity of skin and the increase firmness.
These balm bars melt on contact with your skin and they come in convenient travel tins. They can be used on your hands, body, and face!

Ingredients: Beef tallow, refined shea butter, beeswax, organic carrot seed oil, olive oil infused with - calendula, comfrey, chamomile, lavender, marshmellow root, mullein leaf.
