Healing Balm
I made this balm with an olive oil herbal infusion of calendula, comfrey, chamomile, lavender, marshmellow root, and mullein leaf. It sat infusing for 4 months to add skin healing properties to the oil. I also included aloe vera gel from my own plant, and many of the herbs for the infusion came from my garden.
It has a light scent from lavender, tea tree, cedarwood, and frankincense essential oils. I chose these essential oils for their healing and antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.
To use simply apply a small amount to cuts, scrapes, burns, eczema and other skin conditions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Handmade in a location that uses nut oils.
